Ten.

10.1 The devil is not real. The devil is a concept which has been invented by man as a way to abdicate responsibility for our fears and insecurities. Any battle which we have with the devil, is a battle with ourselves. The devil 'exists' only in our conscious minds. When we fight our demons, we fight the devil. The concept of the devil has been used by various religions to induce fear in people. Whether we choose to call our fears and insecurities 'the devil', in an attempt to absolve ourselves from our own actions, or not, the only way to defeat our fears and insecurities or 'the devil' is to defeat our own demons.

10.2 There is a dark path, but following the dark path is choice. It is our own fears and insecurities which lead to the dark path, not the devil as a separate entity, but the devil that we create within us. When we allow our insecurities to become great, we allow ourselves to be led into the darkness. Regardless of how far into the darkness we choose to go, there is still light within us. We can find the light within ourselves if we look, but finding the light within ourselves becomes more difficult as layer upon layer of darkness hide the light within.

10.3 Hell does not exist as hell is conceived by man. Hell is continually being reincarnated lifetime after lifetime, and suffering lifetime after lifetime, without ever seeking the light. This is the darkness. This is hell. Never being able to see the light within, and never being able to live within the light.

10.4 There are dark spirits, there are some who have been so consumed by the darkness within them, that they remain in darkness even on the spirit plane.

10.5 As we become enlightened, all darkness disappears from within us, and we see only the light. When we have removed all of our fears and insecurities, we have removed all of the darkness within.

10.6 Like our insecurities, the darkness is an illusion. The darkness is real when we live in the darkness, but the darkness no longer exists when our insecurities are removed. When we remove our insecurities, we remove the dark veil which is blocking the light within us.

10.7 All illusions seem real until we understand that illusions are an illusion, only when we understand that illusions are an illusion can we see illusions for what they are.

10.8 Darkness, all darkness only occurs when the light is blocked. The light always exists. Even when the is blocked by darkness, the light exists. To find the light, we need only remove the darkness which is blocking the light.

10.9 Memories from our existence are within us. Memories exist of our past lifetimes, of the spirit plane, and of the higher plane. The key to finding the memories from our existence, is to accept that we retain memories from our existence. Unless we accept that our memories exist, we cannot recognize our memories, even when we stumble across a memory from our existence. We must look deep inside of ourselves to find the memories from our existence. Memories from our existence, like the bridge to our soul and the essence which is God's being, are within us all. We must accept the existence of memories from our existence, or memories from our existence cannot be found.

10.10 All knowledge is within us, regardless of whether we choose to accept that all knowledge is within. Our journey will be easier, if we allow the knowledge within us to surface.

10.11 We are all close to God, because God is within each of us. God is the very fabric which holds all things together. God is within us all, and we can all find God within, if we look. Unless we accept that God is within, we will not recognize God within. Our lack of acceptance that God is within, is the barrier which prevents us from finding God within.

If we do not accept that God is within, we will not find God within ourselves. To accept that God is within, we must first remove all insecurities, all fear, and all darkness to reveal the light, and therefore God. God is the light. God is the love within us, and love is the very fabric of God. God is the love which exists within all. God is the fabric which binds all together, and the fabric which binds all of existence together is love.

10.12 The thread of existence, the thread of all life is God, and the thread of existence, the thread of all life is love.

10.13 We can be at total peace. We can be at peace by finding the love within ourselves, by finding the light within ourselves, by finding God within ourselves. This is the only true peace, and it is only by finding true peace, that we can return to the higher plane.

10.14 All problems that we face come from within. All things positive and negative, or good and evil for those who prefer, come from within. It is hard to find what is within, or understand what is within, when all we do is look outside of ourselves. Nothing can be found when we are looking where it is not.

10.15 We can talk to God, and God will hear us because God is within us all, but we cannot listen to God's response, unless we first find God within ourselves.

10.16 We will all become spirit guides, or guardian angels. We will sometimes help those with whom we are directly linked, mostly from the spirit plane. We become spirit guides as a part of what we must learn. We have been both spirit guide, and earth guide to others as part of our learning. We can remember our experiences as a spirit guide, and an earth guide, because nothing is forgotten. All that is forgotten, is to remember.

10.17 Spirit guides have a lower vibration than those on the higher plane, but a higher vibration than we do on the earth plane. We must increase our vibrational rate to be able to hear God clearly, which is why spirit guides are necessary. The vibrational rate of the earth plane, and the spirit plane is essentially the same.

Everything has a vibrational rate. Vibrational rate is based on accumulated knowledge. Without remembering all that has been learned throughout our existence, there is no real knowledge. It is the knowledge accumulated during our existence which increases our vibrational rate.

10.18 Our mind is all used. Our mind is just closed. Our mind must be opened. It is opening our mind that increases the flow of true knowledge, and therefore the vibrations from this knowledge, or the vibrational rate. It is through finding the bridge to our soul that we begin to open our mind, and we begin to allow the knowledge of all things to cross the bridge to our soul, and to surface.

10.19 All souls are immortal. All things are based on love, and love is eternal. There is a limited time in which to learn, this is necessary. There is a time when we must all live within the love, or not. Those who do not live within the love will remain attached to the earth plane, and the bridge to the soul will be removed.

10.20 We should not try too hard to understand what we do not understand. All knowledge is within us. We must be open to recall all knowledge, and we will recall all knowledge as and when we are ready to recall knowledge. Knowledge feeds upon itself. As our vibrational rate increases so does our knowledge, and as our knowledge increases, so does our ability to understand, and as our ability to understand increases, so does our knowledge.

10.21 As our vibrational rate increases, the reality of the earth plane is not forgotten, but so much more is remembered. When we first discover the knowledge within, we experience some difficulty, because we must balance the vibrational rates from three different planes. Despite this difficulty we must accept that we will balance the vibrational rate from three planes. We have the ability to balance the three vibrational rates, and we know within ourselves that we have the ability to balance the three vibrational rates. The vibrational rate of the earth plane is slow but strong. Knowledge is like energy, as knowledge increases so does energy increase, which is what increases the vibrational rate.

10.22 The roundness of the earth could not be explained to those who 'knew' that the earth was flat. We have knowledge within ourselves which we cannot yet explain in terms of the earth plane, because there is no point of reference. When we accept that we have knowledge which we cannot explain, no explanation is necessary. If an explanation is necessary, we are not sufficiently open to receive the explanation, and the explanation if possible, would be useless.

10.23 Much of The Truth Of Reality, in the terms of the earth plane is ironic.

10.24 When we seek knowledge we must be able to understand, or the truth within the knowledge which we seek is lost, because the truth is altered to reflect our understanding. We can only understand what is communicated in our terms and without understanding, communication is lost. It is better to retrieve knowledge from within, than to have what is relayed by others misunderstood. No knowledge is preferable to false knowledge. The truth will be altered unless the truth is understood. This has happened many times before. However, the essence of the truth always remains.

10.25 God created the disease of artificial fulfilment to provide us with an environment in which to learn. The creation of the disease of artificial fulfilment was necessary, as was the growth of the disease of artificial fulfilment. God created the disease of artificial fulfilment, but if God had controlled the disease of artificial fulfilment, the disease of artificial fulfilment would not have fulfilled its purpose of the learning environment. The disease of artificial fulfilment needed to grow, to allow us to grow.

10.26 If pure love is not learned on the earth plane, we would contaminate the higher plane.

10.27 The earth plane is a controlled environment, as are the other worlds which God has created. Some of these worlds have the same learning environment as the earth plane, and some of these worlds have a different learning environment. The Other Worlds are unimportant to us, whilst we are on the earth plane. As we become open to the knowledge within ourselves, we will understand the existence of Other Worlds, and we will remember the existence of Other Worlds.

10.28 We must all complete the circle of our existence, but our circles of existence are different, each circle of existence is individual.

10.29 Experience is the only true teacher, which is why the earth plane is necessary.

10.30 The truth is finding its way, as truth always will. The truth is. The truth can only be hidden for so long.

10.31 The only way that we can complete the circle of our existence, is to experience all things. Without experiencing all things the truth cannot be understood, and the truth of pure love must be understood. We must look within, and find the truth of pure love within ourselves.

10.32 Acceptance will make all knowledge easy for us. We must accept that we know, and we will know. We must accept that the light exists within us, and we will stop blocking the light. If acceptance was easy, there would be no test, no learning and no experience. However, by accepting, acceptance becomes easy.

10.33 God is part of the fabric of our existence, God is love, the love within us all. God is part of us all. Our existence is built upon the fabric of God. Some say we are all God. This is not strictly correct as we understand God, but God is part of all things. God is the fabric which binds all together, God is the love within us all. If we understand the nature of God, we will understand God. God is love, but love is not all that God is. God is so much more, God is part of everything, God is the fabric of existence itself.

God is omnipresent. God is everywhere. God is part of all things. God is within those who do evil, even if they have chosen to live in the darkness and block out God's light. Because God's light cannot be seen within those that do evil, does not mean that God's light does not exist within those that do evil.

Many have attempted to create a mystery around God. Many have tried to explain God in many different ways through lack of understanding, but God is no mystery. We all know God. God is within us all. God is love, pure love. God is that simple and that complicated.

God knows all things, God has always known all things and God will always know all things. God is everywhere. God knew that this time of rediscovery of the truth would arrive, and God knew when this time of rediscovery of the truth would arrive would arrive. God knew that this point in time would occur, and God always knew that this point in time would occur.

10.34 The disease of artificial fulfilment was allowed to flourish because the disease of artificial fulfilment would always consume itself, this was known. It was known that the disease of artificial fulfilment would consume itself when the disease of artificial fulfilment had begun to fulfil its purpose, this time has arrived.

10.35 God is the higher plane. When we exist on the higher plane, we exist within God, and that is the difference. On the earth plane and the spirit plane God exists within us. On the higher plane, we exist within God, within pure love. We must learn pure love, to exist within pure love. To learn pure love is the purpose of our existence. To learn pure love is why the earth plane, and other such planes exist.

God is a part of all, and all is a part of God. There is only one God, and God is everywhere. God is the fabric of existence. God is love. There is no evil within God, because evil does not exist, and we must learn that evil is illusion to become a part of God, to exist within God. The higher plane is found within, because God is the higher plane, and God is within. It is difficult for us to understand that God is within, but we know within ourselves that God is within.

10.36 Many a false truth has been caused by the misguided trying to explain what they do not understand. This has been done through seeking answers from outside, when the answers are inside. We must open our minds to the truth. We must see what is within us, and then we will understand. We will know that the truth is within, when we accept that we have all knowledge within.

10.37 Acceptance does not occur overnight, therefore knowledge does not occur overnight. If all knowledge was returned to us now, all knowledge would confuse us. All knowledge exists within us, but very deep within us, and we will only find the knowledge within, when we are ready to find the knowledge within. The need for knowledge is within us all, knowledge must be acquired through experience. We must know what God knows, before we can reach the higher plane and form part of what God is, before we can live within God. Knowledge is acquired through experience, and knowledge is accumulated within. We must search within ourselves for accumulated knowledge, so that our circle of knowledge, our circle of awareness can be completed.

10.38 Those who have chosen to provide temporary bridges to our souls are necessary, because without temporary bridges, many of us would have no means of communicating with our souls. Accepting the use of a temporary bridge to our soul is a small step, but a step which opens communication with our soul, and by so doing, a step which also opens communication with God, because God is part of our soul. We all have the ability to provide a temporary bridge to another's soul, if we choose to accept our ability.

10.39 None should be worshipped. God should not be worshipped. God does not seek worship, only love, because God is love. Love is God's life force, as the air we breathe in our physical incarnation is our life force while we remain in physical form.

God seeks love as we seek air, and yet God is love. As we find love, pure love for all things, so God grows, because God is pure love. God is ever increasing love for all things. God is love beyond our comprehension, until we are fully a part of the higher plane, fully a part of God, and fully a part of pure love. There cannot be an existence of any kind more beautiful or satisfying than that of pure love.

We have only been created so that pure love can be learnt, and pure love can grow. God is pure love. This may seem selfish in the terms of the earth plane, but how can pure love be selfish? By definition, pure love cannot be selfish. Even though pure love allows God to grow, God shares pure love with us, because God's love is pure. It is pure love for all that exists, and yet it is only pure love that really exists.

10.40 There are no symbols or signs, only knowledge from within. We confuse ourselves by looking for symbols and signs, and other things which do not really exist. This, like all things, is something that we have to learn. How can we learn that looking outward is futile, unless we look outward? How can we learn that the only truth is within, unless we find the truth within?

10.41 God cannot teach us, we have to learn. All that God can do is guide us, and show us what is real. When we find something that is real, we know it to be real. When we find something that is false, we know that it is not real. We create much confusion within ourselves, when we attempt to convince ourselves that something which is not real, is real. What is real is within all, and what is not real is an illusion. All illusions are external. Many illusions are embraced as real, but all that is real is within.

10.42 Before the truth can be found, all external illusions, all insecurities, all fears and all doubts must be removed, because illusions, insecurities, fears, and doubts block the bridge to our soul. Illusions, insecurities, fears, and doubts hide not only the bridge to our soul, but the very existence of the bridge to our soul. Therefore the truth, the light and the love, which exist on the other side of the bridge to our soul, cannot be found. Unless the bridge to our soul is found, God cannot be found because God is the truth, the light and the love that exists on the other side of the bridge to our soul. Truth, light, and love are the fabric of God, and God is the fabric of all souls, which is why we are one with God.

It is through finding the truth, the light and the love, which is God, within all things, that we can truly find peace. There is no peace in illusion, because peace based on illusion is illusion itself.

10.43 All knowledge is within. God is within. We must look within, we must look deep and we must look often. There is no limit to what we will find within, and we must continue to look within. When we look within, we will remember, and relearn what we know.

10.44 For thousands of years we have been taught that God is external to our being, but God is internal. We must understand that God is internal, if we are to truly seek the truth. The existence of God within is the hardest truth for us to understand, because we have been taught that God is external through lack of understanding. All knowledge and all understanding are contained within. When we know the truth, we will know God, because God is the truth.

10.45 When we become aware, we do not judge those who are not aware. When we are aware, we are aware that such judgement is not real. God does not judge. What has been called the day of judgement is an illusion, because there is no judgement. There is a point where those who have not yet achieved awareness will no longer be able to access the higher plane, and therefore will be unable to access God, because God is the higher plane. The door to the higher plane will be closed, and the keys will no longer be provided to open the door.

10.46 When we become aware, we will exist together within the higher plane, for eternity. We will exist within pure love, and within all of the beauty and happiness that is a part of the higher plane. We will be aware of our identity as a complete soul, and we will be aware of all that is as well.

10.47 When we reach the higher plane God ceases to be the fabric of our existence. On the higher plane God ceases to be within each of us. Each of us will become the fabric of God's existence, and each of us will exist within God.

10.48 The only limit to knowledge is placed upon us by ourselves. We must remove our self-imposed limits. The removal of our self-imposed limits can only be done by ourselves. We can only remove of our self-imposed limits, by accepting and acknowledging our self imposed limits. When we accept that our limits are self-imposed, we expand our limits, and we will continue to expand your limits, until we remove our limits. However, we must have limits to control the flow of knowledge at a level which we can absorb.

10.49 The worries and difficulties of the earth plane are all self-imposed, and are all illusions. The worries and difficulties of the earth plane consume that part of our consciousness which should contain the truth. As the worries and difficulties of the earth plane are removed from our consciousness, more of the truth, which means more of God, will be able to enter our consciousness, and become a part or our consciousness.

10.50 Even as we learn, we will continue to doubt, which is as it should be. Without doubt we would be too easily satisfied. We must learn to remove our doubt, and we can only learn to remove our doubt, by removing our doubt.

10.51 We will learn not to doubt when we have removed the limitations placed on us by our own doubts. We will cease to doubt only when we learn not to doubt, but we cannot learn not to doubt, until we cease to doubt.

10.52 The answers, all answers, are within us. We seek more answers, when we are ready to receive more answers.

10.53 When we have had our heart broken, how can we know that heartbreak is not real? How will we learn that heartbreak is an illusion, unless we endure heartbreak? We determine how many times we relive the experience of a broken heart, until we learn that heartbreak is an illusion. Heartbreak is an illusion built and based upon our insecurities, but this is something which we must learn.

10.54 How do we learn that loss is not real, without suffering loss? Loss is a perception, an illusion. Loss does not occur, but this is something which we must learn. We determine how much loss we must be endure, before the lesson of the illusion of loss is learned.

10.55 God creates the environment, it is us who choose to learn or not to learn.

10.56 The people who are in our lives, are in our lives to help us learn. We are in the life of others to help them learn. Most learning requires interaction, which is why we are together on the earth plane.

10.57 We have a need for solitude to recall what we have learned during our existence. To recall what we have previously learned, through interaction with others.

10.58 Most of the problems which we endure, are caused when we choose not to see the truth. This is so within our own lives, and within the environment which is around us. If we choose not to see what is around us, how will we choose to see what is within the universe? We must open our eyes to what is happening around us.

10.59 We receive warnings. We know what will happen, if we only choose to see the warnings, but we choose to be blind. Most of our difficulties could be avoided, if we would only choose to see, and by seeing learn. How can we learn if we choose not to see? Opening our eyes is the first step to opening our soul.

10.60 We choose to see with our desires, instead of seeing with reality. We must choose to see reality, and we must choose to see illusion for what it is. We must understand that the illusion of the earth plane, is not reality.

10.61 A drop of water is still a drop of water when a drop of water is part of the ocean, and a drop of water is also part of the ocean. When we become part of the higher plane, and therefore part of God, we are both individual souls and a part of the higher plane.

10.62 God is pure love, God is all that we know as good and kind. God does not cause suffering. When we cause suffering we bring suffering to ourselves. When we cause suffering in one lifetime, we will suffer in the next. We beg God to take our suffering away, but God cannot take our suffering away, because without our suffering we would not learn. Often we do not learn through suffering, so how would we learn without suffering?

When we have suffered, we will again be given the choice to cause suffering, or not to cause suffering in our next lifetime. If we choose to cause suffering again, so we will again suffer. We will reap what we sow. When we suffer we only have to look within to find the cause of our suffering. Only by finding the cause of our suffering, can we end our suffering. When we seek the cause of our suffering outside of ourselves we will not find the true cause of our suffering.

10.63 God is present within all. God has forsaken none. We ask why God has forsaken us, but God has not forsaken us, we have forsaken God. We have forgotten that God is within us, and that we will find God only by looking within.

10.64 The suffering that we face is an illusion created from within. Lifetime after lifetime of illusion has been built upon the truth, and the illusions that are now deep must first be removed, before the truth can be found. Our fears and insecurities, all illusions, and all things that are not real, must cease to be real, and must be seen for what they are, before the truth can be found.

10.65 Even when fears and insecurities are seen for what fears and insecurities are, fears and insecurities are not easy to discard.

10.66 We must continue to look deep, and we must accept the truth.

10.67 This is the age of rediscovery. Much has been rediscovered and labelled 'New Age', such is our need to label things. Labels serve no purpose, and false labels lead to confusion. Existence and truth cannot be labelled.

10.68 God is called by many names, and God is seen in many ways, but God is, and that is all.

10.69 Labels are used in attempt to help us to identify and understand, but labels have no real meaning. When we look within we will see that labels have no real meaning. When we look within in we will see the truth beyond all labels.

10.70 When we choose to accept the knowledge within, we will know that we have all knowledge within.

10.71 When we have found the knowledge within, we will still doubt. We must continue to look deeper within ourselves, we must continue to find the knowledge within, and we must dispel all doubt. Whenever we have doubt, we must look within, because we have the truth within us.

10.72 We should not be surprised at the knowledge that we find within ourselves. All knowledge is within us, so why should any knowledge within surprise us?

10.73 We must continue to look deep within, and we must find the knowledge which we have hidden. We must continue to look deep within, and we must find the knowledge which we have blocked. We all have hidden and blocked knowledge within us. We must look deep within for the knowledge which we have hidden and blocked, but we will only find the knowledge which we have hidden and blocked, when we are ready will look.

10.74 God has explained many times how we should treat others, and how we should approach life. We have either ignored God's message, or we have allowed God's message to become distorted. Despite this the truth is within us. We know how to treat others. We know the truth of pure love. We must look within and find this knowledge.

10.75 We have lost our way, and we cannot find our way again without first finding the light that burns within us. We must open the door to our soul, and let the light out so that we will find our way.

10.76 We all have spirit guides who are linked to us, guiding and protecting us. This external guidance, is also internal guidance because all souls are ultimately attached, and some souls are directly attached. When we look inwards and draw on all that is within, it is the attachment which links all souls that we drawn on. The link between all souls is within, and the link between all souls is God.

10.77 When we become aware, our contact with the spirit plane is maintained. We remain in contact with other souls, and we travel to the spirit plane. When we are aware, we are no longer unaware, or selectively aware, of our travels to the spirit plane.

10.78 When we look within, we will remember our experiences on the spirit plane, and the deeper that we look within, the stronger and more detailed our memory of our experiences on the spirit plane becomes. All is remembered, and all knowledge is retained within our soul. Acceptance of the knowledge within, is the key to our awareness.

10.79 When we begin to find the knowledge within, we splash about in the surface of our knowledge in wonder of what we have found, but these wonders are nothing compared to what we will find as we go deeper. We will not discover anything that we did not know. We will become aware that we know, whatever knowledge we discover within.

10.80 We cannot give understanding to others, nor can we receive understanding from others. We must each find our own understanding. We must each must look inside of ourselves. Looking within is the only way to find true understanding.

10.81 We must choose to become aware. We must remove all that is blocking our awareness.

10.82 We must remove all that blocks the light, which is God, from shining within us. The light exists within us, but the light within cannot be seen, if the light within is blocked.

10.83 We must feel love for all, but we must know that if another's path is leading them to sorrow, or hardship, such is their choice.

10.84 We create an environment in which to learn, regardless of whether we choose to learn, or not to learn.

10.85 We must allow others their illusions. It is the illusion which creates the learning environment, until we eventually learn that the learning environment is an illusion.

10.86 If we attempt to alter another's path, they will find a way around our attempt. Our own chosen path, is necessary for each of us to learn.

10.87 We need to apply understanding, to the seed of our knowledge. Not all seeds grow, it is the way of things. We cannot expect seeds to grow, unless the seeds are nurtured. The seeds of our knowledge will only be nurtured, if we choose to see what the seeds of our knowledge will grow in to. Be it the beauty of a flower to feed the soul, or the goodness of fruit to feed the body.

If we do not allow our seeds of our inner knowledge to grow, we will not reap the benefits of the seeds of our knowledge. If do not allow the seeds of our inner knowledge to grow, we will reap the result of the seeds which we have sown in their stead.

10.88 Those throughout history who have cast others into slavery, did not know that they would themselves be reborn into slavery, and then be reborn into a position to end slavery, if they chose, or to once again be born a slave, if they had not learned that no person should be a slave. So it is with all things.

10.89 The universe is a circle, with no beginning and no end, and yet the universe has both a beginning and an end. The universe forever travels in the circle. As the end of the circle is reached, so too is the beginning of the circle. It is so with all things. It is difficult for us to understand the circular nature of existence, because we have lost sight of the circle, and we have chosen to embrace our linear existence.

10.90 Awareness is a process. We have to become aware of 'what', before we understand 'why'. After we understand why, we must then understand the true nature of awareness, and we must learn to accept our awareness, without a desire to act on our awareness. Awareness is, and that is all. Awareness does not require action.

10.91 Wisdom creates wisdom. As we apply the wisdom which we have gained through understanding, our wisdom grows. The application of wisdom in all things, allows our wisdom to grow in respect of all things. Knowledge leads to understanding, which in turn leads to more knowledge, and therefore more understanding. The application of knowledge and understanding leads to wisdom, and the application of wisdom leads to more wisdom. As with knowledge and understanding, wisdom exists within us, because God is wisdom, and God is within all. If we know and accept that wisdom is within, we will learn wisdom through the knowledge that wisdom is within.

10.92 We must always continue to look inwards, because it is only through looking inwards, that we can truly see outwards.

10.93 The difficulties which we face, are difficulties created by ourselves. Only we can remove our difficulties, by letting our difficulties go.

10.94 We must remove our illusions through seeing our illusions for what they are, and no more. All illusions are created by us, because we each create the environment in which we learn. We know what we need to learn, and we create a learning environment accordingly. Ultimately, what we must learn is that our environment has been created by us, so that we will learn. When we are able to learn that our environment has been created by us, we are able to remove the environment which is an illusion, and through removing the illusion, we will remove that which is blocking the light within us.

10.95 It is not possible to look within, when the view within is hidden from sight. The deeper within that we look, the deeper within we are able to look.

10.96 We must remove our doubts. We must let our doubts go, and we must float freely within the depths of our own being. If we float freely within the depths of our own being, we will learn that we can float freely in the majesty of all that is.

10.97 We need not be concerned about how we are supposed to conduct ourselves. We will either approach a situation correctly, or we will learn. Any approach to a situation is correct, as long as we base our approach on reality, and not on illusion. If we do approach a situation based on illusion, we will learn that the situation is in fact an illusion, so approaching a situation based on illusion, will be correct from the perspective of our level of awareness at that point in time. Our awareness will increase with all that we experience. When we worry about which approach to any situation is right, we worry about an illusion, because all approaches to any situation are right, in their own way.

10.98 We must be aware of the linear perspective, because we exist on a linear plane, but we must learn to view as circular, that which is circular.

10.99 'When' only exists in the linear environment of the earth plane. 'When' has no place in the circular nature of reality. What is, has always been and will always be. 'When' has no bearing on what is, and 'when' has no bearing on reality.

10.100 God is within us, and we will be within God. We are the same, but we are also separate. Just as a drop of water is a part of the ocean, and the ocean is the drop of water, so it is with God, and with all that is.

10.101 We stubbornly hang on to beliefs which are of no use to us. However, we hang on to our beliefs because our beliefs are of use to us. It is our perception, our self-imposed deception of the use of our beliefs that we must let go of.

10.102 We have the understanding of all within us. When we find God's words within us, we will know, that what is within us is truth.

10.103 Our awareness simultaneously includes awareness of all things, on all planes, and on all levels. As our awareness grows, so our awareness grows.

10.104 We hang on to our fears, but we have nothing to fear, because nothing can harm us except ourselves. Our physical body can be harmed, but our physical body is linear and temporary, so physical pain, discomfort or harm is temporary, as we have learned through many lifetimes. Only our soul is real, and our soul can only be harmed by ourselves. All that there is to fear is ourselves, and why should we fear ourself? Fear is not real, so we have no reason to fear. Fear is not based on what others can do to us, because others can do nothing to us. Fear is based on what we will do to ourselves, as a response of the actions of others, but if we do nothing to ourselves, we have nothing to fear.

10.105 When an enlightened soul, who through awareness has become a part of God, chooses for whatever reason to reincarnate, God, in purest form has reincarnated, because that enlightened soul is God, and God is that enlightened soul.

10.106 We are the sons and daughters of God. We are created from the seed of God. God is the very essence of life, God is the creator of all things, because God is all things. God is not a being, as we know it. God is an essence, the essence of life.

10.107 Proof of what God is, is not possible, God cannot be proven to any, but we can prove God's existence to ourselves by finding God within ourselves. This is the only proof possible, because without acceptance of the truth, there can be no proof, and with acceptance of the truth, no further proof is required.

10.108 We need not be concerned about what we do not know. We know all, we are only unaware. What we must learn, is not knowledge, but awareness, because the knowledge is within. It is awareness which is lacking, but it is through awareness, that knowledge is gained.

10.109 The most complex riddle is no longer a riddle, once the answer is known. However, until the answer is known, the riddle seems to have no answer, so it is with the riddle of life. When we discover the answer within ourselves, the riddle ceases to exist. However, until we discover the answer within ourselves, there seems no solution to the riddle.

10.110 We must let go of our illusions. We must not cling to our illusions. We will not know how much illusion we hang on to, until we choose to release illusion from our grasp.

10.111 We hold on to the linear nature of the earth plane like a security blanket, which is providing false security. We must let go of the useless blanket. We must accept the circular nature of existence, which is within our own awareness.

10.112 We should concern ourselves with nothing, because there is nothing to concern ourselves with. We must allow the love to flow from us at all times. We must allow the love to wash out from our soul. We must allow the love to flow and wash away all things that are not love. What others feel is unimportant, only love is required. We must allow our love to overwhelm all that remains.

10.113 We are both at the beginning of our awareness, and near the end of our awareness, such is the circular nature of awareness. When we understand the circular nature of awareness, we will understand the circular nature of existence.

10.114 The circle of life is complete, and the circle of life has always been complete. Any and every given point on the circle of life is both the beginning, and the end. The circle of life is complete, but the circle of life continues to grow. An ever increasing circle as God grows. Each time a soul becomes enlightened, the circle of life grows a little, as does God, whose very essence is the circle of life.

10.115 It is not life which has a limited existence, it is the learning environment called the earth plane which has a limited existence. After the earth plane has fulfilled its purpose, the earth plane will cease to exist, as existence is understood from the perspective of the earth plane, but life will continue. If we have not found our way back to the higher plane to become a part of God, we will continue to exist, but we will be unable to exist within God. The time of ending, will also be a time of beginning, such is the nature of existence. This has always been, and this always will be.

10.116 There is very little that occurs which is, what has been termed, 'The will of God.' Most of what occurs is the will of the individual soul, but God is within each soul, so what occurs is also the will of God. We ask God to remove suffering, but it is us who choose to suffer. It is us who reap what we have sown. We are driven to learn of our own awareness, and to ascend to the higher plane. We must experience suffering to learn of the effects of suffering. We must learn all, and return to the pure love from which we were created.

We have individual will, our individual will is part of our existence. Once we have learned all, our individual will is to become pure love, because we have learned that pure love is the only reality. That pure love is the only reality must be learned, so 'worlds' were created to allow such learning in a controlled environment. Without individual will, we would become mass, and there is no mass, only the essence of life.

Individual will combines to become collective will, which is also what God is. God is the ocean, and without each drop of water, the ocean would not exist. What is an individual drop, collectively becomes the ocean. The drop and the ocean are different, but the drop and the ocean are also the same. God is a part of the drop, and we the drops, are a part of the ocean.

10.117 The path for all is the same, but the path is also different. We have to find the truth which is the same, but we have to find the truth within ourselves, in our own way, which is different.

10.118 We must look deep within ourselves, and locate our own insecurities. We must reflect on our own lifetime, to find that our insecurities are not real, but an illusion created by ourselves. We must remove our insecurities which hide the bridge to our soul, or the link between our physical existence, and our real existence. We must remove what has been left on the bridge to our soul. Only by removing what has been left on the bridge to our soul, can we allow the light to shine from within us.

10.119 We must find our soul, because we cannot truly find God, without first finding our soul. God exists within our soul.

10.120 We must look deep within, and allow what is within to surface, patiently. Knowledge and awareness, must be allowed to surface. Knowledge and awareness, cannot be forced out. Only when we are ready to allow knowledge and awareness to surface, will knowledge and awareness surface.

10.121 We are the same, but we are individual. We are drops that can form a part of the ocean, if we find our way to the ocean. We remain individual drops, the same as the next drop, but different to the next drop. Each drop is individual.

10.122 We are created in God's image, but we have attempted to create God in our image, through lack of understanding and lack of awareness. The one known as the son of God is revered, but we are all the sons and daughters of God, so we all should be revered. They say that God is both the father and the son, and this is so, but it is so with us all.

10.123 It is said that many teachers who have been amongst us, have been close to God, and that God has spoken to these teachers. We are all equally close to God, and we all may speak with God. Teachers have found God within, and have become aware of the truth. This awareness has been confused with closeness. We are all close to God, because God is within us, but we are not all aware.

10.124 The world as it was once known, has ceased to exist before, which has now been all but forgotten. The two great continents that once were have ceased to exist as they were, and the world as it was known came to an end. Some who existed in physical form at that time, are still on the earth plane. Most of those souls who existed in that world are now within the one. When that world ended, those that remained began a new existence in a new world. Following the end, was the new beginning as the circle turned, and as it was, so it will be again when the circle continues. It is so with this world, and it is so with Other Worlds. The learning environment fulfils its purpose, and the old is replaced with the new.

10.125 Few have ascended in the time of the earth plane, as the earth plane is now known, but soon many will ascend. The higher plane, the heaven which is God, will soon swell, as souls become aware and ascend to form part of the one. This will allow the pure love to grow, because within the pure love, the need for pure love is insatiable. However, this need is so pure, that the need can never outweigh the purity, and nothing less than pure love can satisfy the hunger for pure love.

10.126 We must not concern ourselves with the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us. The earth plane exists for us to learn what we have not learned. We must embrace the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us, because we have created the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us, to assist our learning. We should be thankful that the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us exist, because without the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us, we would have no environment in which to learn. We should embrace the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us, and use the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us, for the purpose for which we have created the aspects of the earth plane which trouble us.

10.127 Sometimes, we fail to learn what we have learned.

10.128 We can spend many hours looking within, and retrieving knowledge, but this knowledge does not become awareness, until we allow the knowledge to surface.

10.129 We choose the timing of our awareness.

10.130 We create the learning environment that we need, to learn whatever we need to learn.

10.131 People in our life provide us with keys to our awareness. When the keys to our awareness are needed, we arrange the keys to our awareness through direct communication with their souls, although we are unaware, that we have made such an arrangement. If we were aware that we have arranged for the keys to our awareness to be provided, we would not need other souls to provide us with the keys to our awareness, because we would provide our own keys to our awareness. We are not able to provide the keys to our own awareness, until we aware that we can provide the keys to our own awareness.

10.132 We block knowledge from within, when we know that we are not ready to receive knowledge from within.

10.133 We create our own learning environment. We must learn that we create our own learning environment, before we can gain understanding that we create our own learning environment. We create our environment to learn, and if we fail to learn, we recreate the environment, lifetime after lifetime, until we do learn.

10.134 We create an environment to assist in our learning, and we subsequently alter that environment as our learning needs change. We remain within our environment to learn, and to understand that our environment is self created.

10.135 We may not like the environment which we are in, but we create our own environment so that we will learn. Only we can change our environment, and we can change our environment by learning. What we have to learn, is what we have to learn, and what we have to learn has no bearing on any other soul. Only we know what we have to learn, but we must look within to know what we have to learn.

10.136 Those who choose to smoke, and die of lung cancer have done so by choice. They have chosen parents to give them the genetic characteristics to make them susceptible to lung cancer, and they have also chosen to smoke. This enables them to learn that they can intentionally cause themselves harm. Others choose to smoke so that they will cease smoking, and learn how to overcome a habit. Still others choose to smoke purely for the experience of chemical pleasure, and select bodies which are not susceptible to the toxins within cigarettes. Many choose the same tool for different experiences.

10.137 Drugs artificially heighten unbalanced awareness, but drugs are not the path to awareness, only enlightenment is the path to awareness. Those who choose to take drugs have chosen to learn that drugs are not the path to awareness. Those souls whose bodies cease to exist as a result of drug use, have chosen an environment where those who love them, have chosen to learn about loss. Nothing is by chance, all is by choice. Learning is choice. We do not learn, only when we have chosen not to learn, but we are unaware of our choice.

10.138 All learning environments have been created by us, even if we are not consciously aware of why we have created our environment. We have created environments of which we are unaware, but we have created the environments nevertheless. We will become aware of why we have created each environment, when we are ready to become aware of why we have created each environment. Many environments are only created, so that we will learn, that we have more to learn.

10.139 We create solitude, because we need to focus inwards. Solitude is the environment which we create, when we need to look inwards, and to learn that all answers are within.

10.140 We create both our environment and the concerns within our environment.

10.141 All knowledge is within us, and all knowledge will be released to us, when we are ready to become aware of the knowledge within.

10.142 When our path is difficult, our path is difficult by our choice. We release ourselves from our difficulties, as we no longer need to hold on to our difficulties. We clutch the difficulties which we still need, because we have more to learn.

10.143 We will be what we have chosen to be, when we choose to be what we have chosen to be.

10.144 We cannot be free of the restraints of the earth plane, until we free ourselves from the restraints of the earth plane. We cannot be free of the restraints of the earth plane, until we learn what we do not know.

10.145 Existence is circular. A circle which has no beginning and no end, but at any point on the circle there is both a beginning, and an end.

10.146 We cannot understand the circle whilst we only look upon the line. After we have learned that the line is part of the circle, we need to allow ourselves to see the circle. We will not see the circle, whilst we continue to look only at the line. We must see the circle as a circle. We all see the line that is part of the circle to some degree. Some see only the spot on the circle which is their line now, unaware that the spot is only a spot. We may choose to see a little more of the line each day, but it is still the line that we see, and the line is all that we will see, until we choose to see the circle.

10.147 Becoming aware of the existence of the circle is little more, than the end of the beginning of awareness.

10.148 We know what we are not ready to know. We block the knowledge that we are not ready to know, until we are ready to receive the knowledge. Knowledge, without awareness and understanding, is overwhelming.

10.149 We must learn to trust only what is within ourselves. We must not rely on other sources, and doubt ourselves.

10.150 There is a reason for all things. If we are patient, we will become aware of the reason for all that we experience.

10.151 Learning to trust only what we know within us is the most essential lesson of all. Our own lifetimes have taught us to trust only what we know within us, if only we choose to learn.

10.152 When we see the line that forms the part of the circle of our awareness, we can also see the gaps which exist in the line.

10.153 We should not despair at ourselves, because we are now learning.

10.154 The devil, or satan is a convenient cause of much which is created on the earth plane. Blaming the devil is often used to explain, what cannot be explained without acceptance of responsibility for our actions.

10.155 Much of what God has taught, through the teachers who God has sent, has been altered. Sometimes with a change of a single word to give a meaning that can be understood, which is different from reality. Sometimes, much of the teachings has been removed to serve the purpose of those with the power to do so. Yet the essence of the truth within God's words remains within the previous teachings. If we open our souls we can find the truth within the teachings, even though the teachings now contain many untruths. Even those who have shared the truth with others with true conviction in their hearts, have often distorted what is true through lack of understanding.

10.156 Our world as it was known has ended before, and the earth plane will end again. The nature of the earth plane is that of a classroom. A learning environment which has nearly fulfilled its purpose, and will soon, by universal standards, make way for a new classroom, where learning can begin again.

10.157 Some of us existed in previous incarnations of the earth plane, and still exist within this incarnation of the earth plane. Some of us are trapped on the earth plane, unable to find the truth, unable to become the truth, unable to ascend to the higher plane, and unable to become a part of the one.

10.158 We should not doubt the truth of God's existence, God is within us. We should question God's existence, but we should not doubt God's existence.

10.159 We must ask questions to receive answers. However, we must question ourselves, not others. We have the answers to our questions within us. We ask questions so that we will find the answers, which we are ready to find. We have the answers to our questions within us, and we must look within ourselves for the answers to our questions.

10.160 We are tied to the linear existence of the earth plane, until we see the circle of reality.

10.161 Looking to others for answers does not make sense. How can others have answers if they are unaware? We have the answers within us, because God is within us. Even those on the spirit plane do not have answers for us, if those on the spirit plane did have answers for us they would be on the higher plane. On the spirit plane souls still have illusions, despite loosing their physical existence of the earth plane.

10.162 When we exist on the spirit plane, we carry with us those things that we have not let go of. On the spirit plane we can fulfil what has been left undone at our passing from the earth plane, we can pay our karmic debts in part, and then we rest before returning to the earth plane to continue learning. Some exist on the spirit plane for a short time and others exist on the spirit plane for a long time. On the spirit plane we cannot learn, because we cannot feel. It is through feeling on the earth plane that we learn, and pure love is a feeling to be learnt. The feeling of pure love for all things regardless of their type or nature, is what must be learnt before we can become pure love.

10.163 The moments of feeling pure love that we have experienced, reflect our awareness. As our awareness increases, so do our moments of feeling pure love, until our awareness is such that pure love consumes all other feelings. It is at this point when we will become pure love, and we will enter the higher plane. We will reach a point where pure love will consume us 90% of the time, and we will become frustrated with the 10%, unaware that it is this very frustration that is causing the 10%. When we finally learn this, the 10% will disappear and we will discard our body, and ascend to be one with the higher plane, which is God.

10.164 We must learn, and become aware of all, which takes many lifetimes. Each lifetime holds the key to awareness. Awareness can be found in one lifetime, but finding awareness in one lifetime is very difficult to do, and finding awareness in one lifetime is nearly impossible. The more lifetimes that it takes us to become aware, the more lifetimes that it will take us to become aware, because unlearning what has been learned incorrectly, is more difficult than learning.

10.165 When we discover the pure love within us, we have an overwhelming desire to share that love, with all. The insatiable desire to share pure love, is part of the nature of pure love. Pure love grows through sharing. God is pure love, and God has the insatiable desire to share pure love. God feels pure love for all things, because God is pure love, but God can only share pure love with us, when we become pure love. God desires all to become pure love, so that God can grow. The only thing that can feed pure love, is pure love. Pure love is the essence that all things are created by, and pure love is the reason why all things were created. Pure love is the true essence of life itself, because God is pure love, and God is the very essence of all life.

When we have experienced pure love, even for a fleeting moment we know that pure love is the very essence of all life, because there is nothing greater than pure love. Pure love is contained within us, if only we would allow pure love to flow from within ourselves.

10.166 We must look at the awareness which we have found within ourselves. All that we will see is pure love, light and truth. We must look for what has been called the 'kingdom of God' within us. We can see the goodness which is pure love, within our soul.

10.167 We are our soul. We, our soul exists within the body which we have created to gain experience. It is our soul which is real, our body is the illusion. The truth cannot be seen with our mind, the truth can only be seen with our soul. It is our soul that is the truth, and our mind that is the illusion.

10.168 We become scared because we fear the unknown, but this is a nonsense because there is no unknown. Our fears are generated by the limited nature of our awareness. Our fears persist because we hold on to our fears, even with the knowledge that the true nature of fear, is illusion.

10.169 We have knowledge of all things within us if we choose to see this knowledge. Therefore, there can be no unknown, and there can be no fear, except that which we choose to create. All such creations are done for our learning, so if we desire to let go of our fears, we must first understand why we have created our fears, and what we desired to learn by the creation of our fears.

10.170 We must find God within our own soul, and we must find God within our own soul on our own. There is no other way, and no one can find what is in the soul of another. All that is important is that we become pure love, because becoming pure love is the only way that we can enter the kingdom of God.

10.171 We must learn to feel pure love for a soul, who took the life or seriously hurt someone whom we are close to. We must recognize that the earth plane is an illusion created to allow us learn how to feel love in response to whatever occurs, and we will feel love in response to whatever occurs. We must understand that death is not real, and that pain is not real. Death and pain are illusions created to learn. We must feel compassion for the soul who causes suffering, because that soul will suffer what has been caused in the next lifetime, and the suffering will feel real to that soul.

10.172 We have created all things so that we will learn. We have created the things which trouble us, and we will continue to create such things, until we learn from the things which trouble us, this is our choice. We can endure the things which trouble us, or we can learn from the things which trouble us, that is our only choice, and that is our only way to release the things which trouble us. We must release the things which trouble us from within, we cannot release the things which trouble us externally. We must learn, or we must endure, that is our choice.

10.173 All knowledge, and all awareness means nothing, unless awareness is applied. The key to our peace is the application of all that we have learned. If we apply all that we have learned, peace will be ours, and we will have earned our peace.

10.174 We must release our artificial ego, because our artificial ego only exists on the earth plane, and our artificial ego is binding us to the earth plane. Our artificial ego, is fed by our need for approval from others.

10.175 Our ego is not a part of us. Our ego is a part of the illusion which we have created. We must destroy the illusion. It is our ego which causes us to seek the approval of others. How can the approval of any be more important than the approval from deep within us, the approval from God? The approval of any cannot be more important than the approval from deep within us, and the approval of any is not more important than the approval from deep within us. However, we continue to make the approval of others more important than our own approval from within. The approval of others is only relevant, because we have made the approval of others relevant, and we have made the approval of others relevant, to enable us to learn that the approval of others is not relevant.

10.176 We must shatter all illusions, because shattering our illusions is the key to the peace which we crave. Our permanent peace, not the temporary peace which comes and goes with the illusions, which we create and then dispel. Our permanent peace can be achieved, but only we can achieve permanent peace by removing the need to create illusions to learn from.

10.177 We must apply what we have learned, because without application of what we have learned, nothing has been learned. We must learn to apply what we have learned, and we can only learn to apply what we have learned by ourselves, from within.

10.178 We suffer when we fail to learn, but our suffering, like the lesson is an illusion. How many times must we be given a lesson, before we learn? The suffering that we experience is real, because we have made the suffering that we experience real, to enable us to learn.

10.179 We must let go of all illusion, and we must embrace the truth. We must embrace God, because God is the truth. We must live what we have learned.

10.180 We should not concern ourselves about the future, because we need to live now. We must have Trust In God. We must have trust in ourselves. We must have no concern for the future. The future will be as, the future will be whether we concern ourselves about the future or not. The only thing that concerning ourselves about the future affects, is our ability to live now.

10.181 We must continue to look within. We must come Full Circle.

10.182 We hold on to things by making things important when they are not important. If we wish to let something go, we must stop making that something important.

10.183 We must let go of our doubts if we want to embrace peace. Letting go of all doubt is the way to find the peace which we seek.

10.184 Meditation is most important. Looking within is the only way to obtain the answers that we seek, and looking within is the only way to find God.

10.185 Learning to apply what we have learned completes the lesson. How can we complete a lesson, without learning to apply what we have learned? Before we can know how to apply what we have learned, we first must learn to apply what we have learned. All learning is through experience, we experience how difficult it is to apply what we have learned, so that we will learn how to apply what we have learned. When we learn how to apply what we have learned, we will wonder why we found what we have learned so difficult to apply, because we will have learned, that it is easy to apply what we have learned.

10.186 The true nature of life is spiritual, and the physical is an illusion. We create illusions to learn. We cling to our physical perspective, unaware that letting go of our physical perspective, is our transition to our true spiritual perspective.

10.187 Every step which we take is a transition. A transition from one step, to the next step as we travel our path.

10.188 We can see each piece of truth when we look for each piece of the truth. One by one we can seek the pieces of the truth that will complete the circle. Only when we find all of the truth will the circle be complete, and only by this completion can we come, Full Circle.

10.189 There have been many teachers. Some teachers have taught many, some teachers have taught few. Not all those who have been taught have learned, but because some have not learned does not make the teacher any less a teacher. A teacher with one pupil still a teacher.

10.190 Each of us must accept our own truth, and each of us must find the pure love within ourselves regardless of what means we use to look for the pure love within. Pure love is within us all, and pure love must be found within us all. What we believe does not matter, and regardless of our beliefs, we must look within. Looking within is the only way to find the truth. Looking within is the only way to find pure love.

10.191 We worry instead of do. We must allow what is, to be. We must not worry about what is not.

10.192 We must not cling to our imagination. Our imagination is a tool of the artificial world to allow us to move from illusion to grander illusion, but nothing more than illusion. Reality cannot be imagined, so of what use is our imagination? When we are travelling in our imagination, we cannot travel in reality, and reality is more beautiful and more satisfying than anything that can be imagined. Our imagination takes us from one illusion to another illusion, but our imagination also takes us away from reality. If we are not satisfied with the illusion that we have created as our physical life, we will not be satisfied with another illusion. We must use our time to find reality. We must not hide from reality in one illusion or another.

10.193 When we are restless, when we do not know what we want to do, it is because we have too many things to choose from and cannot decide. We must do what we are doing, and we must do what we feel. There is a reason for doing all things, and anything. Sometimes to learn, sometimes to enjoy, sometimes to serve others, but always to experience. Without experience there can be no learning, so all things are to learn. Of what importance is it if something is learned now, and something else is learned tomorrow? All must be learned if the circle is to become complete.

10.194 All knowledge is within and within is where all knowledge will be found. Imagination allows us to travel outside of ourselves, and we cannot learn from outside of ourselves.

10.195 How can we live life when there is no death? Living life is not enough, we have to feel life, good or bad by our terms does not matter. Feel life, feel love. Unless we choose to feel life, we cannot truly feel love, and love must be felt to be experienced. We must know love, and we must know what love truly is, not the negative love created by insecurities, which is not love at all, but positive love. The fulfilment of pure love. When we have experienced pure love, when we have felt pure love for but a fleeting moment, we will know that there is nothing greater than pure love.

10.196 Physical ailments are only created so that we will learn. We can only remove our physical ailments if we learn. If we do not want our physical ailments, we must learn why we have our physical ailments. If we look within, we can see why every ache and every pain within us has been created, and by learning why every ache and every pain within us has been created, we will no longer need such ailments, and we may no longer need our current physical incarnation. We know why we experience every physical ailment that we experience, even if we choose to deny ourselves this knowledge. We must not deny knowledge, we must seek knowledge, and we must accept knowledge. We must learn of things which we do not understand, because learning all is the only way that our circle can become complete.

10.197 We fail to learn, because we limit our own ability to learn. We must remove the limits that we have imposed upon ourselves. We must open ourselves to the knowledge that we have blocked. We must be open to all knowledge, and we will find all knowledge.

10.198 We must learn to relax, really relax. We cannot relax whilst we are focused upon our self-imposed limitations. Our self-imposed limitations cause the conflict within us. Our limitations say 'how can this be?' when we know that it is so. We must release ourselves from all self-imposed limitations.

10.199 We cannot feel, we cannot really experience something, when we are concerned about whether we should do that thing, or not do that thing. We must release the importance which we place on the thing, anything that we do, and we must feel whatever we do. We must not block our feelings by worrying whether we should do something.

10.200 We have created the illusion of the importance of the opinion of others, so that we will learn that the opinion of none is important. We must learn that the only importance is the truth, and by knowing that the only importance is the truth, we will discover the truth.

10.201 When we discover God within ourselves, God will speak to us, and provide us with the answers which we seek. We can all talk with God, God is within all.

10.202 As we become closer to knowing the truth, it becomes easier for us to communicate with the truth.

10.203 All steps are steps.

10.204 Seeing alone is not enough, we must also feel. We must learn to feel, as we must learn to see.

10.205 All knowledge leads to knowledge.

10.206 God is pure love. God cannot be seen. God must be felt.

10.207 We create our own learning environment. We must use the learning environment which we have created to learn, or we will continue to create and maintain the same learning environment. The maintenance of our learning environment is our choice. We must make the choice to change our learning environment, and continue to learn.

10.208 We cannot become the higher plane, until we have learned what is needed to become the higher plane.

10.209 We must continue to learn, we must continue to take one step at a time, even when we stumble on difficult steps.

10.210 If all of our knowledge was released to us, we would not understand our knowledge. We cannot understand our inner knowledge, until we have experienced our inner knowledge.

10.211 We must walk the path to the higher plane. We must step each step, until we reach the summit.

10.212 The knowledge of all things is within us, but the knowledge of all things is hidden from us. Only by rediscovering the knowledge of all things ourselves, will we remember, the knowledge of all things.

10.213 We can ascend to the higher plane, and we will ascend to the higher plane, but we must follow the path from the earth plane to the higher plane. There are many dead ends, and false paths on the path to the higher plane. However, we can ascend to the higher plane, at any point upon rediscovery of the truth of existence.

10.214 We will not reach the end of our journey, until we have fulfilled our destiny.

10.215 It is through understanding, that our environment will become easier.

10.216 We must take each step, as each step presents itself to us.

10.217 We must follow our path to the dead ends, and learn of the existence of dead ends.

10.218 The only way that we can find peace, is to follow our path, and allow what will happen, to happen.

10.219 We will not rediscover what God has concealed from us.

10.220 If too much is revealed to us before we are ready, what is revealed will affect our judgement. If too much is revealed to us before we are ready, we would miss steps, which we must take.

10.221 We must accept what has been revealed to us, and we must accept that more will be revealed to us with each step. Only by taking our final step will we see all.

10.222 We must not despair when we forget what we have learned, because we will relearn what we have forgotten.

10.223 If we focus our energy on the negative, and not wanting to be where we are, we block our ability to learn, and we become trapped where we are by our own lack of understanding. The only way to free ourselves from our self-imposed prisons is to see the environment that we are in for what it is, and use the environment that we are in for the purpose that we created the environment, to learn. All environments are positive if we use them for the purpose that we have created them, and all environments are negative if we do not use the environment that we have created, to learn.

10.224 Our mind can only be opened from within, knowledge can only flow from within. The true nature of the mind is not understood. Many consider the mind to be physical, and therefore attempt to understand the physical nature of the mind. The mind is more accurately described as spiritual. The spiritual nature of our existence cannot be understood correctly, when approached from a physical viewpoint, what is spiritual can only be understood from within, because the spirit is contained within.

10.225 All answers are contained within, and answers cannot be found anywhere else. When we seek answers within others, we will not find answers. All answers are within ourselves, and all answers can only be found within ourselves. If we look within ourselves we will find answers, and if we look elsewhere we will not find answers. If we seek answers and proof of answers elsewhere, we will not find either the answers or the proof. When we find the answers within, we also find the proof within.

10.226 All answers that we seek are within us. We will not find the answers within us, when we continue to focus on those things which are not within us.

10.227 What must be done, can only be done by each of us. If God were to do what must be done by ourselves, what must be done by ourselves, would not be done. We each must do what must be done by ourselves, for ourselves.

10.228 God can answer our questions, if we have found God within, but we must first learn which questions to ask. Each time that a question is discovered, each time that a question is asked, and each time that an answer is given, a step is taken. Steps that must be taken, if we are to complete the path which we must travel.

10.229 As our knowledge increases, our understanding increases, and the meaning of our knowledge changes within us. There is no correct meaning to the knowledge within us, because meaning of the knowledge within us changes, as knowledge within us increases.

10.230 Much of what we experience is to obtain the key to unlock the knowledge within us. It is not what we do, see or read which contains the knowledge. What we do, see or read only contains the key which unlocks the knowledge within, that we are ready to learn.

10.231 We know far more than we realize, if we would only allow ourselves to listen to what is within. Accepting that we have knowledge within, is the key to having knowledge within.

10.232 Each of us has to complete our own journey along our own path. Each of us has a degree of difficulty to contend with. Each of us has a different degree of difficulty, because each of us imposes our own degree of difficulty on our path. If we desire to reduce the degree of difficulty that we are experiencing, we must reduce our degree of difficulty ourselves, because we are in control of our degree of difficulty.

10.233 Our degree of difficulty is created not by what we have to learn, but by what we fail to unlearn. It is the things which we hang on to, the things which we refuse to let go of, which increase the difficulty of our journey. It is what we will not let go of, which holds us back.

10.234 The bonds which connect us with our bonded souls cannot be effectively blocked. It does not matter how hard we try to clamp the bond with our bonded souls, contact with our bonded souls trickles through.

10.235 We cannot complete our journey without travelling to the end of our path. We must trust our instinct, our instinct will guide us. God is with us always. God will communicate with us when necessary, but our journey is a journey which we must travel ourselves.

10.236 Our confusion will remain, until we remove all confusion through increased awareness.

10.237 There is only one way to return home to the higher plane. We must follow our path, step by step.

10.238 God will only communicate with us when necessary.

10.239 When we are on our correct path. When we are following our correct path, we know that we are on our correct path and we can see that we are on our correct path.

10.240 We seek knowledge, and we acquire knowledge, but we can only take one step at a time.

10.241 Each day we progress, albeit slowly. Speed is unimportant, progress is important.

10.242 We must trust our instinct, our instinct is wise.

10.243 We must not interpret, and we must not anticipate. We must live with our soul, and we must follow our instinct. This is all that is required of us.

10.244 The true nature of happiness, is not happiness associated with emotional highs. True happiness comes from inner peace. True happiness is stable and peaceful, a happiness from within. True happiness is not the artificial happiness created, and lost by external influences. True happiness has nothing to do with external signs of laughing or smiling broadly. When we experience true happiness, we smile on the inside, without need for a physical display of happiness. True happiness is within us, and true happiness does not need to be displayed. True happiness is a quiet happiness, a quiet confidence and a quiet peace, which is unaffected by external factors. True happiness comes from within, and true happiness is maintained from within.

10.245 We must not discount anything because we are unaware of it, we must be open. If we question something, we must look within for the answer. There is much that we do not know, and much of the circle that we are yet to complete.

10.246 Much of reality is discounted and rationalized as fantasy, because we have embraced artificial fulfilment. If we accept that reality is reality, we will see the artificial world for what it is, but we choose not to accept that reality is reality. When we choose to see only artificial reality, we have chosen to live within artificial reality.

10.247 It is the very religions that were established with good heart to bring us closer to God, which are now driving us away from God. Much persecution and much fanaticism has been done in God's name, regardless of the labels that have been placed on God, but persecution and fanaticism are not really done in God's name. God's name is an excuse to convince us to follow.

10.248 We are turning away from half truths. We are seeking to rediscover the whole truth. Guides have been placed amongst us to show us the way. We have located different parts of the puzzle, and we see these different parts of the puzzle as alternate truths, because we are unaware that the different parts of the puzzle are only part of the whole truth. It is the whole truth that we must rediscover.

10.249 We must fill in the gaps in our awareness, and extend the line of our awareness until the line of our awareness becomes the circle of our awareness.

10.250 We must not lose sight of the illusions which we create. We must not choose to stop seeing our illusions for what they are.

10.251 Whenever we relax, and open our eyes to reality, we can see reality. Seeing reality in some things is not enough, we must see reality in all things. We must open our eyes and see all that is unseen.

10.252 We hold on to our illusions when we have failed to learn. We will let go of our illusions when we have learned, but it is only through learning, that we will let go of our illusions. Illusions are not necessary to learn, we create illusions when we have failed to learn without illusions.

10.253 We must relax and allow our destiny to unfold around us. This is the only way that we will retain our peace.

10.254 God is within us all. God talks to us all. We either do not listen, or we listen, but we are unaware that it is God who is talking to us. We can all find God. God is within us all. We can all listen when we have found God within.

10.255 God talks to us, when God has something to say, not only when we have something to ask. God cannot answer our questions, unless we are ready to receive God's answers, because we would not understand. We are only able to understand, that which we are aware of.

10.256 We must allow ourselves to flow with whatever is occurring in our life. We must allow ourselves to be at peace.

10.257 We must not to blame others for not learning what they have to learn.

10.258 Our circumstances, whatever they are, are necessary for us to learn.

10.259 We cannot teach others, we can only provide guidance when guidance is sought.

10.260 We must not argue truths with others, because their truth is their truth, and we cannot change another's truth. We can change our own truth, and only we can change our own truth.

10.261 We must learn for ourselves, learning for ourselves is the only way we can learn. God cannot teach us. A teacher's role is not to teach, a teacher's role is to provide an environment in which to learn. We must allow the line of our learning to expand, and fill the gaps within itself.

10.262 We must follow our instinct, and we must Trust In God.

10.263 We must remember the suffering which we have endured, prior to this lifetime. We must learn from the suffering which we have endured, prior to this lifetime.

10.264 We cannot adjust reality to suit our lifestyle, we must adjust our lifestyle to suit reality.

10.265 When the world as we know it outlives its usefulness, and comes to an end, if we have not rediscovered the truth we will remain. We will be in purgatory with nowhere to go for many thousands of years. We will be unable to ascend to become part of the higher plane, and we will be unable to return to the earth plane while the earth plane is reconstructed.

When we are eventually able to return to the earth plane, we will have to start again. This has happened before, and this will happen again, as the circle comes to an end, which is also a new beginning. If we do not ascend, we will not be trapped for eternity as is the real definition of the word, forever. We will be trapped for, what is to us, an eternity. If we have not ascended, or if we have not learned sufficiently to travel to other physical planes to learn, we will be trapped somewhere between the old and new earth planes. We will have no where to go and nothing to do, other than reflect on our existence until the circle reaches the point where we can again incarnate.

Some who were trapped between incarnations of the earth plane before, will be trapped between incarnations of the earth plane again, the cost of failing to find the truth within themselves. The reconstruction of the earth plane will take but a moment in the terms of the universe, but for those in the limbo of purgatory, the reconstruction of the earth plane will take an eternity. This eternity of nothing will seem like hell to us if we are within the eternity of nothing. It will be a time of solitude, a time of nothingness with no ability to learn, because there will be no learning environment. There will be nothing, and we will exist within nothing. The bond with all things will be temporarily broken, and our solitude complete. Souls from the perspective of the earth plane will either exist as part of all things, or part of no thing.

In time, when the world is reconstructed, the bond will return to the lost souls, who will re-enter the plane of learning. Once again they will be able choose to learn, or they will be able to choose not to learn.

10.266 Levels of technology and artificial advancement were achieved on the earth plane previously, and will be achieved on the earth plane again, but each time that the circle becomes complete, it is time for the circle to begin again. The circle starts with the simplicity of reality, and the circle develops in whichever way is chosen, subject to the collective choice. All but a few traces of this world will be eliminated, just as all but a few traces of previous existences were eliminated, and will be eliminated again, as the circle which continues to expand, ends and begins time and time again.

10.267 When the truth is found, belief will be exposed. Belief will be replaced with knowledge.

10.268 The people in our lives have agreed to be a part of our journey, although they are unaware of this, as are we, but we can remember our agreement to share experiences if we choose to remember.

10.269 We must not discount any beliefs, because we are each entitled to our own beliefs, and our own truth, until we discover the real truth. Belief is a necessary step to finding the truth. Belief is faulty by definition, and belief is surpassed by knowledge, but belief is a necessary step in finding the truth. It is only through awareness and understanding that our belief is replaced by knowledge. Belief is a necessary step on our journey, but belief is not always an advantage, because when we have beliefs we have much to unlearn.

10.270 The truth cannot be found or proven externally. The truth exists within us, and within us is where the truth will be found. The truth has been shattered externally, and it is only through drinking the wine, and seeing the bunch that we will rediscover the truth.

10.271 Solitude is necessary. Solitude is needed to look within, but solitude does not have to be enforced solitude. Solitude can be obtained during an hour in the bath, or sitting in the park for an hour at lunchtime. Solitude can be obtained sitting alone in a coffee shop, or simply getting out of bed an hour earlier than the family.

It does not matter what environment we have created for ourselves, we can still obtain solitude in a practical way, and we can still use this time of solitude to look within. We look within without being aware that we looking within, but it is far more meaningful if we look within, and we are aware that we are looking within.

10.272 The world does not have to be shut out for us to look within, at times shutting the world out is not possible. We can be sitting quietly and a neighbour may start to mow their lawn, or there may be traffic noise, it does not matter. External noise is not an excuse for us not to meditate, or not to look within. It is not necessary for us to shut the noise out, before we can look within.

10.273 When we look within, we look within with a different level of consciousness than we use when we look outside of ourselves. More than one level of consciousness exists within all of us, and all that we need to do, is to allow ourselves to become aware that more than one level of consciousness exists within all of us.

10.274 It is the disease of artificial fulfilment which is what has been termed 'the devil'. It is through pursuing artificial fulfilment that we follow the dark path, and it is through placing importance on artificial things that we are prevented from ascending, and will remain on the earth plane. The devil is not an entity. The devil is a belief, a belief that fulfilment can be obtained in the artificial world.

10.275 All religions have become different through the process applied by man, and yet all religions originate from the same truth, so all religions retain the image of the truth.

10.276 The age of rediscovery is the age of miracles. There are an increasing number of miracles occurring in all parts of the world, and throughout all belief systems. These miracles are being seen by the followers of each belief system, as confirmation of each belief system, but this is not so. The miracles are occurring across all belief systems, to show that the truth is beyond the belief systems.

10.277 We provide for our children because we love our children, not because we are seeking gratitude. So it is with God. God provides through God's love for us, not because God seeks our gratitude.

10.278 The only purpose of a relationship with negatives is to learn, and negatives are removed once we have learned. This is what we must aim for. We must remove the negatives, through understanding, identifying and removing the fears and insecurities which cause the negatives. If we accept negatives within a relationship, we learn nothing so we are wasting our time in the relationship.

The purpose of a relationship with negatives extends beyond our relationship with our life partner, to every relationship including friendships, family and business, which we have. If there are negatives from our viewpoint within any relationship, then we have failed to learn. Negatives are the sign that we need to learn, we need to look for the negatives in every relationship, and we need to understand why the negatives exist.

10.279 What has been termed 'the devil', is the disease of artificial fulfilment. Artificial fulfilment exists only in the artificial world. Artificial fulfilment is not real, and therefore the devil is not real.

10.280 If we choose God's path through fear of the consequences of not choosing God's path, we have not chosen God's path. Fear does not and cannot lead to the higher plane,
