	Gaze into a crystal...

	Reflect each night on the day that has been. Reflect each morning on the day ahead. Live each moment ...

	Stop…. And smell the roses.

	Or take even a minute to see the beauty of the world. It only takes a minute.

	God's promise is within us all.

	Look within.

	If you see a rainbow ...

	Take time to gaze at the rainbow until….. The colors and the peace wash over you.

	Sleep…

	On your problems…. Not with them.

	Visit a waterfall....

	And draw from the peace.

	Let the energy of a thunderstorm....

	Flow through you.

	Write down your thoughts...

	One by one, Remove the thoughts… Which are lying between yourself… And a peaceful mind.

	Walk in the rain...

	Allow the rain's energy, To wash through you.

	We can all fly…

	Even though our body can't.

	Allow your tears…

	To cleanse your soul.
